Information we collect

Scrapwhiz collects the name, work email, company, topic and message that you choose to submit through the contact form. Server logs may contain basic technical details such as IP address, browser type, request time and security events.

How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to your request, manage a potential customer or partner conversation, prevent abuse and maintain the website. We do not sell personal information or use the contact form for behavioural advertising.

Sensitive information

Do not submit passwords, authentication secrets, payment-card details, financial account data, health records, government identifiers or other sensitive information through the website.

Job board

Scrapwhiz displays public job information and sends applications to official employer or authorised applicant-tracking pages. Scrapwhiz does not receive the application submitted on those external sites. The jobs page may store a short-lived cache of public job listings in your browser so the page loads faster. It does not use that cache to track you across websites.

Sharing and retention

We share information only with service providers or advisers who need it to operate the website or respond to your request, or when law requires disclosure. We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed for the conversation, business records, dispute handling and legal duties.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable law and records we must keep. You may also withdraw consent for future contact.

Security

Scrapwhiz uses access controls, encrypted transport, restrictive browser security headers, input validation, rate limiting and data-minimisation measures. No internet service can promise absolute protection.
