Scrapwhiz provides cybersecurity services and advisory. Engagement scope is defined in writing before work begins. Typical scope includes pentesting, red and blue team support, cloud and data security work, compliance readiness, documentation support, staffing support, and training.
You must not request illegal access, unauthorized testing, or any activity outside agreed scope. Work begins only after explicit authorization.
Both parties should protect confidential information shared during an engagement. A separate NDA may be used if required.
Reports and outputs are provided for your internal security and compliance needs. Distribution to third parties should be reviewed for confidentiality and legal constraints.
Payment terms are defined per engagement. Add your final payment and refund terms here once you finalize pricing.
Except where prohibited by law, Scrapwhiz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Add your final limitation clause here based on your engagement model.
